We received expired items

Sir, our team contacted you on phone right away and requested a picture of the product to ensure the product is replaced. We are surprised because we do not have expired products in our warehouse at all. We are still waiting for the pictures to be sent by you. Please send them for us to take further action on this.

Sir, we just interacted over whatsapp. You said that you have thorwn the product so cannot share pictures. As explained that the product was launched in June 2024 for the first time and the expiry of the product is 2 years. So, even if you received June 2024 production (which I believe you would not have, because we took another production in Sept 2024), you still could not have gotten an expired product. Request you to please check at your end. Maybe you received some other company's product and not Asaya's.
