Fraud Prevention Notice

Pre-paid orders: We never ask for any extra payment for pre-paid orders. If your delivery partner is asking you to pay extra for anything such as faster delivery or for additional discount scheme or adding a freebie etc, please refuse to engage and raise an alarm by writing to us at asayacare@wellspringconsumer.in or calling us on 1800-309-9355. 

COD orders: The amount of COD to be paid by the customer is mentioned on the pack. The amount will tally with the order amount as received in this email less any partial payment done by you. Either hand over the cash or pay through UPI to delivery partner after receiving your parcel. Do not pay if the delivery partner is physically not at your location or if the delivery partner requests you to pay now and he will send the parcel later. In case the courier partner requests you to pay extra, please refrain from paying and raise an alarm by writing to us at asayacare@wellspringconsumer.in or calling us on 1800-309-9355

OTP based deliveries: All our deliveries are verified by OTP sent to your phone number as shared with us while placing your order. Please do not share your OTP with anyone unless you get the delivery. While taking delivery and before sharing OTP with the delivery partner, please verify the condition of the parcel. In case you find any evidence of tampering, please refuse delivery and do not share delivery OTP.

Our employees will never ask for any personal information such as bank OTP, delivery OTP, bank passwords, account passwords etc. Our employees will never ask you to make a payment to any third person, courier companies or to themselves. In case you receive such a request, please do not entertain.
