Return and refund Policy

Save and except as provided hereunder, this website www.worldofasaya.com or “Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly, Kay Consumer Products Private Limited)” does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with the Terms. 

We will accept exchange of the sold products through the website www.worldofasaya.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below: 

  1. Exchange requests will be entertained only in the cases where the product(s) received by the buyer are damaged during transit or expired (crossed best before date). Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter. 
  2. Buyer has to inform worldofasaya.com OR “Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly, Kay Consumer Products Private Limited)” of his/her intention to exchange the products via email at [asayacare@wellspringconsumer.in] within 72 hours of receipt of the products at his/her shipping address, so that we can process your application for returns. To facilitate the return process, photo proof of product and packaging, purchase proof including but not limiting to invoice copy, delivery note etc is required so it is easier for us to process the application for return. 
  3. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received by the buyer. 
  4. Such damaged goods should be sent to “Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly, Kay Consumer Products Private Limited)” only after written email consent from Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly, Kay Consumer Products Private Limited) is received by the buyer to send back the product. Return shipment fees may or may not be borne by Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly Kay Consumer Products Private Limited). The decision to bear the return fee lies exclusively with the management of Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly, Kay Consumer Products Private Limited).
  5. All replacements will be made after the returned shipment of product is received by “Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly, Kay Consumer Products Private Limited)”.

Return orders are to be sent back to the following address and  to be confirmed by “Wellspring Consumer Private Limited (Formerly, Kay Consumer Products Private Limited)”:

Or any other location as suggested by the Company in the email approving the return.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Save and except as provided hereunder, You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:  

  1. If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies. 
  2. If the buyer does not receive the ordered products within 30 days of placing the order. 


No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will only be exchanged as per our exchange policy. 

Refund

  1. From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days.
  2. The amount will be refunded in the customer's mode of payment.

Note: Sale/ Discounted items (if applicable) - Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases: 

  1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer. 
  2. Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises. 
  3. Refusal to accept products. 
  4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer themselves.
  5. Force majeure event.
  6. In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer.
